Step 1:  Lets chat about your options!

I want to hear all about why you love your home now & what makes you want to purchase a new one!  Full transperancy is key!  Depending on your unique situation, there are 4 proven ways to sell your current home & buy a new one with the least amount of stress, money, & time possible!

Step 2: Review your plan!

It's important to sell your home for the most amount of money, on your timeline, & to make this process as stressfree as possible!  I'll propose to you what you can expect to net from the sale of your home, the timeline I'm confident we will work within, & other market conditions!  We will also talk about what kind of homes we want to explore!

Step 3: Prepare your home to be sold!

Preparation is key!  I'll walk through each room of the home with you giving you recomendations on how I think we can maximize the value of your home!  

Step 4:  List your home for sale!

After we get professional photos done, our marketing package created, & more... We are officially ready to put your home on the market!  That means it is now listed on 10,000+ websites, sent to 2,600+ Realtors, & hopefully buyers will be lining up at the door to come see your home!

Step 5:  Lets go tour homes you'll love!

I'll work with you to determine your "wants" & "needs" in a property!  We'll discuss things such as which location you want to live in, the characteristics of the home, or anything else unique to you!  You'll receive homes in your email daily that match these criterias & any that you like enough to see in person... Lets go see!

Step 6: Collect feedback & negotiate!

As buyers view your home, I'll personally be reaching out to every buyers agent that comes through the door.  With this feedback we can make adjustments to your home to get it sold!  If & when we receive an offer, I'll negotiate on your behalf to keep a winning situation for you!  As we are viewing more & more homes, we'll see find one you love!  & we can negotiate contingencies in the contract to get your home sold first!

Step 7: Congrats you're under contract!

Once we accept an offer your current home, now we'll enter into a "contingency" period!  That means the buyer will be conducting a home inspection, an appraisal, finding homeowners insurance & more!  It's my job to protect you & your asset throughout this journey and I will keep you informed throughout!  

Step 8:  Navigate the contingency period & close on both homes!

Assuming you're under contract on a new home & under contract on your current home... There's a lot of moving pieces!  I'll be there every step of the way & when it's all over you'll leave your old keys behind & pick up your new keys... Most of the time on the same day!
