Working with a loan officer can go a long way in this process!  I'll refer you to a loan officer that I think would be a good fit for you!  That could mean a unique program they have, a better deal at the time, or just someone that I know will get the job done!  It's a simple online application & we can even do it together at our first appointment!

I'll work with you to determine your "wants" & "needs" in a property!  We'll discuss things such as which location you want to live in, the characteristics of the home, or anything else unique to you!  You'll receive homes in your email daily that match these criterias & any that you like enough to see in person... Lets go see!  

When we have found the home that you love enough to write an offer on, we'll get started on negotiating a winning offer for you!  We'll go over what an offer looks like, what I think we can negotiate on, & ensure that the financing makes sense to you BEFORE we submit the offer!  Then once the seller accepts our offer, we'll be under contract!

Once we go under contract, there are a few contingencies in the contract that protect you!  We'll be working through this period with things such as home inspections, homeowners insurance, title reviews, & more!  I'll be sending you information throughout & recomendations to keep this as seemless as possible!

Majority of our paperwork will have been done electronically, but now it's time to sign the official closing documents at the closing company!  This will be your final opportunity to review your loan documents, the home itself, & everything else involved!  Then on your closing date, you'll get your keys from me!
