April 2019 - Activated my real estate license.

 

June 2019 - Started working part time at a real estate brokerage handling marketing, systems, & lead generation.

 

March 2020 - Became Chief Operations Officer for a real estate brokerage & a real estate investment company.  Leading a team of 24 people in total, totalling 100's of transactions a year & and started to flip houses personally.

 

July 2021 - Moved to Rochester New York to become chief operations officer of a real estate investment company & a real estate entrepreneur coaching company.  Leading a virtual team of 11 & doing 100's a transaction a year between 3 markets.

 

November 2021 - Moved back to Spokane WA & become Director of Sales & Operations at a real estate team of 20 agents.

 

November 2021 - Started consulting work with a real estate investor software customer relationship management tool specializing working with investors doing 25+ deals a year.

 

November 2022 - Started "The Creative Agents" with one business partner.  Selling roughly 50 homes a year.

 

June 2023 - Launched the Sell With Lily real estate team & the Sell To Lily investing company.  Leading a team of 15 people.

 

May 2024 - Shut down Lily & went back to The Creative Agents with business partner.  Selling roughly 50 homes a year.

 

November 2024 - Shut down the Creative Agents & went back to Lily.  Building out my dream company.
